JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Resolve user inquires on both hardware and software
- Ensure all information is captured in the Service Desk Call Management System
- Manage effectively and provide accurate incident resolution and service request management
- Assist users by performing system test and update
- Make sure all operation procedures are in line with corporate security policies
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Previous experienced in computer systems support or service desk in Hotel / Casino is an advantage
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Rotating shift required
