    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Resolve user inquires on both hardware and software.
    • Ensure all information is captured in the Service Desk Call Management System.
    • Manage effectively and provide accurate incident resolution and service request management.
    • Assist users by performing system test and update.
    • Make sure all operation procedures are in line with corporate security policies.

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • Bachelor degree holder or above.
    • Previous experienced in computer systems support or service desk in Hotel / Casino is an advantage.
    • Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
    • Rotating shift required.
