    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Resolve user inquires on both hardware and software
    • Ensure all information is captured in the Service Desk Call Management System
    • Manage effectively and provide accurate incident resolution and service request management
    • Assist users by performing system test and update
    • Make sure all operation procedures are in line with corporate security policies

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • Bachelor degree holder or above
    • Previous experienced in computer systems support or service desk in Hotel / Casino is an advantage
    • Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
    • Rotating shift required
