JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Resolve user inquires on both hardware and software.
- Ensure all information is captured in the Service Desk Call Management System.
- Manage effectively and provide accurate incident resolution and service request management.
- Assist users by performing system test and update.
- Make sure all operation procedures are in line with corporate security policies.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor degree holder or above.
- Previous experienced in computer systems support or service desk in Hotel / Casino is an advantage.
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Rotating shift required.
