JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for appealing meals in accordance with the pre-determined menus and recipes as well as the quality and standards
- Ensure the working sanitation and safety standards
- Supervise the efficiency allocation of work to line cooks, provide reference whenever required and resolve problems effectively
- Assist in program planning and selection with the Executive Chef
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Secondary School or equivalent Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in kitchen positions and with 4 years’ experience as Sous Chef in Korean Cuisine
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin and Basic English level
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work inside the kitchen and stand for long period of time
- Rotating shift required
