JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Greet and welcome all guests at a friendly and courteous manner in accordance to the service standard of the Company
- Receive and redirect mails, calls, packages etc.
- Ensure all guests’ luggage are handled properly and appropriately
- Maintain awareness of all daily latest arrivals and departures while anticipate needs of guests to accommodate them with exceptional guest experience
- Conduct regular front and back of house inspections to ensure all standards of the Hotel have been achieved
- Coordinate with other departments regarding room requests and issues to satisfy guests with their needs
- Maintain up-to-date of local knowledge and information including but not limited to local attractions, transportation arrangement, dining recommendations, local programs and events etc.
- Provide professional services to all guests and handle problems complaints effectively with optimal level of service and hospitality
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors
JOB SPECIFICATION
- High School or above educational qualification
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
- Rotating shifts and prolonged standing required
