    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Greet and welcome all guests at a friendly and courteous manner in accordance to the service standard of the Company
    • Receive and redirect mails, calls, packages etc.
    • Ensure all guests’ luggage are handled properly and appropriately
    • Maintain awareness of all daily latest arrivals and departures while anticipate needs of guests to accommodate them with exceptional guest experience
    • Conduct regular front and back of house inspections to ensure all standards of the Hotel have been achieved
    • Coordinate with other departments regarding room requests and issues to satisfy guests with their needs
    • Maintain up-to-date of local knowledge and information including but not limited to local attractions, transportation arrangement, dining recommendations, local programs and events etc.
    • Provide professional services to all guests and handle problems complaints effectively with optimal level of service and hospitality
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • High School or above educational qualification
    • 1 year or above relevant working experience
    • Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
    • Rotating shifts and prolonged standing required
