JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Sourcing, negotiating and executing both new deals and renewals with retailers
- Identify leasing prospects via building/maintaining relationships with tenants and leasing agencies
- Budget and forecast rental income to maximize revenue and evaluate retailers’ performance
- Develop and implement creative leasing strategies to improve merchandising mix and maximize income at the properties
- Prepare market studies, lease budgets and leasing activity reports for management
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, of which 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in Retail Management and multi stores management an advantage
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
