JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure all reservations and enquiries are handled accurately and appropriately at a timely manner
- Ensure all reservations hotlines are attended at all times with optimal level of service and hospitality
- Handle payments related issue and send confirmation of reservations to guests
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide guests with accurate information
- Provide professional services to all guests and handle problems complaints effectively with optimal level of service and hospitality
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors
JOB SPECIFICATION
- High School or above educational qualification
- 1 year or above relevant working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations & Service Centre Agent
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with hotel management system (Opera) is an advantage
- Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
- Rotating shifts required
