    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Ensure all reservations and enquiries are handled accurately and appropriately at a timely manner
    • Ensure all reservations hotlines are attended at all times with optimal level of service and hospitality
    • Handle payments related issue and send confirmation of reservations to guests
    • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide guests with accurate information
    • Provide professional services to all guests and handle problems complaints effectively with optimal level of service and hospitality
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • High School or above educational qualification
    • 1 year or above relevant working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations & Service Centre Agent
    • Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
    • Familiarity with hotel management system (Opera) is an advantage
    • Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
    • Rotating shifts required
