JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- To provide customer service and accurate information about the shopping mall and Advertising & Promotions activities to the public and tenants
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the hotel, security, etc.
- To manage shoppers’ and telephone/email enquiries, complaints and feedback, handle lost child and lost and found items
- Ensure tasks are submitted timely, good housekeeping at shopping mall area, pet mall and counters at all times
- To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP
- Sign up CRM members at counter and shopping mall area to fulfil Company’s target and ensure that the CRM redemption process is carried out properly
- Report any incidents, complaint case and anything abnormal to the on-duty superior promptly and correctly
- Get along well with fellow Team Members and work as a team
- Any other task as assigned by supervisor/management
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service industry
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Service orientated, charming and initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication, interpersonal, highly sociable and outgoing
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Accept to provide service at pets
