JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct equipment inventory by verifying data center equipment devices and locations
- Analyze cyberattacks by identifying malicious activity and vulnerabilities in DNS, email systems, websites, and related infrastructure
- Create weekly and monthly cyberattack reports summarizing incidents and trends
- Review architecture diagrams and collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to ensure accurate understanding and alignment of application flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents and user issues to ensure system stability and service continuity
- Create and configure temporary or trail tools to monitor network and system performance
- Provide second level support on system, network and data security issues
- Create and maintain operational procedure and documents
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum one year’s experience in Casino and/or Hotel industry. Experienced in computer systems support or service desk is a plus
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
