    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Responsible for all aspect for the setup, preparation and appealing meals in accordance with the pre-determined menus and recipes as well as the quality and standards
    • Perform all duties include -Cutting, washing, peeling, chopping, making, cooking, garnishing
    • Maintain proper storage of food items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
    • Coordinate smooth running of the kitchens

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • Secondary School or equivalent
    • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in kitchen positions
    • Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin and Basic English level
    • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to work inside the kitchen, on the lines and stand for long period of time
    • Rotating shift required
