    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Proficient in Food & Beverage POS technical support, system maintenance, and ongoing project management
    • Experience in system integration involving PMS, CRM, BYOD platforms, online booking systems, and official website etc.
    • Participate in rotating IT support, managing regular tasks, reboot schedules, and security patching
    • Responsible for managing third-party vendors, including tracking project progress, handling invoicing, coordinating contract renewals, and resolving support cases
    • Troubleshooting on system performance, security issues and complicated bugs or errors
    • Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal business users and collaborating with multiple external parties
    • Being the first responder for the user tickets after Technical Services team in order to maintain the service-level agreement
    • Ensure all project tasks are completed within timeline, and develop / maintain the project documentation library
    • Prioritize the specific jobs

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    • Bachelor degree holder or above
    • Minimum one year’s experience in Casino and/or Hotel industry, experienced in computer systems support or service desk is a plus
    • Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
