JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the department such as manage and schedule calendar activities, process travel arrangements, expenses reports, collating presentation materials and reports etc.
- Establish effective and easy retrieval record-keeping and filing systems for department related issues
- Act as the key liaison person of department to foster effective communications between internal departments and parties
- Assist to perform other related duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above educational qualification
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
