JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk adhering to departmental standard operating procedures
- Prepare the duty roster arrangement of concerned Team Members in accordance to operational needs
- Greet and welcome all guests at a friendly and courteous manner in accordance to the service standard of the Company
- Execute check-ins and check-outs procedures while handling daily operational transactions
- Assist the Reservations team in accepting, changing and cancelling of guests’ reservations where necessary
- Coordinate with other departments regarding room requests and issues to satisfy guests with their needs
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide guests with accurate information
- Provide professional services to all guests and handle problems complaints effectively with optimal level of service and hospitality
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors
JOB SPECIFICATION
- High School or above educational qualification
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in hotel management system (Opera)
- Able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasked
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English verbal and written skills
- Rotating shifts and prolonged standing required
