JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for all aspect for the setup, preparation and appealing meals in accordance with the pre-determined menus and recipes as well as the quality and standards
- Perform all duties include -Cutting, washing, peeling, chopping, making, cooking, garnishing
- Maintain proper storage of food items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
- Coordinate smooth running of the kitchens
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Secondary School or equivalent
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Dim Sum positions
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin and Basic English level
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work inside the kitchen, on the lines and stand for long period of time
- Rotating shift required
