JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Proficient in Food & Beverage POS technical support, system maintenance, and ongoing project management
- Experience in system integration involving PMS, CRM, BYOD platforms, online booking systems, and official website etc.
- Participate in rotating IT support, managing regular tasks, reboot schedules, and security patching
- Responsible for managing third-party vendors, including tracking project progress, handling invoicing, coordinating contract renewals, and resolving support cases
- Troubleshooting on system performance, security issues and complicated bugs or errors
- Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal business users and collaborating with multiple external parties
- Being the first responder for the user tickets after Technical Services team in order to maintain the service-level agreement
- Ensure all project tasks are completed within timeline, and develop / maintain the project documentation library
- Prioritize the specific jobs
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum one year’s experience in Casino and/or Hotel industry, experienced in computer systems support or service desk is a plus
- Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
